This is where I am answering the basics about how I run my business! If you did not find what you were looking for or if you need help with your order, feel free to contact me through the contact form, reach out to me on my socials or email ([email protected]). I'll do my best to help you out!

✨️ SHIPPING LOCATION ✨️

I do ship internationally from France! If I were to be unable to ship to your address for whatever reason, I would reach out to refund. Make sure to double check your info before placing an order to avoid returns.


✨️ DELIVERY TIME ✨️


The shipping time varies a lot depending of your location and worldwide events such as Christmas or Holidays when the post offices get overwhelmed.
Approximative delivery times:
✨️ France: 2-4 days
✨️ Other European countries: 5-10 days
✨️ Everywhere else: 7-20 days
Do not fret if it takes a bit more time than what shown here. It sometimes happen! You can contact me if you haven’t received your order in the next 30 days following the shipment tho, and I'll try to look into the issue!


✨️ UNEXPECTED EVENTS ✨️

Please understand that from the moment a package leaves my place, everything else that may occur is out of my control. This includes but isn’t limited to lost/stolen packages, customs tax, etc.

✨️ CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES ✨️

I do not accept returns and exchanges. All sales are final, except if I did a mistake with your order like sending the wrong item(s). You can request a cancellation but please do so as fast as possible after placing an order, for if I already packaged and sent your order, it'll be too late.

✨️ PROCESSING TIME ✨️

I will ship orders all at once once a week. The day may vary depending on my own schedule and needs. I will ship packages as fast as possible but I am disabled so please be patient with me! <3 You will receive an email (with your tracking number or not depending on which shipping method you chose) upon shipment of your package.

✨️ PREORDER ITEMS ✨️

Preorders is when you buy an item that hasn't begun production/isn't in stock yet. Generally, they are open for a period of time before closing, then production begins, followed by the reception of the goods at my place before sending them to you. This whole procedure might take up to 2-4 weeks, excluding the preorders period.

I reserve the right to update my prices at any time. However, if you placed an order before a change of price, you won't have to pay for the new one.
